Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon rum
- Icing sugar for sprinkling at the end
- Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, etc.)
- Baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
