Young Activists Summit: A connected and committed youth for the future of Haiti!

On January 25, 2025, the Banj headquarters, in Delmas 64, vibrated to the rhythm of the 3rd Young Activists Summit, an event organized by Rivalpromo509. More than 200 passionate and determined young people gathered to discuss the theme:

"Political and technological exploration for a connected youth"

Inspiring speakers and enriching exchanges

In a world where technology and politics shape the future, this edition was marked by deep and inspiring discussions led by renowned speakers: Cyndie F. Desir, Montissol Stevens, Stéphanie Sophie Louis, Pasceus LAFWA FITISCH and Valeska Agbara Yâ Toya. Each provided unique insights into the challenges and opportunities related to digital transformation and youth political engagement in Haiti.

Montissol Stevens particularly captivated the audience by highlighting the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation, including artificial intelligence and social networks, which are transforming the way Haitian youth interact with the world. A crucial topic in an increasingly connected world, where young people must learn to master these tools to get the most out of them.

A platform for young entrepreneurs

Beyond intellectual exchanges, the event was also a showcase for Haitian innovation. Ten young entrepreneurs had the opportunity to exhibit their products and services, proving that Haitian youth are ready to build their future. A strong moment, testifying to the dynamism and creativity of Haitian youth.

A strong message: commitment is key!

The organizing team wanted to remind this youth eager for change of a powerful message:

Even if times are difficult, we must remain standing, consistent and committed. Our country needs our action. We are the engine of society, and if we stop acting, we will disappear!

This Young Activists Summit is an essential meeting for all those who want to build a stronger, more connected and more influential Haiti.

An inspiring event, a youth on the move… See you at the next edition!
