On Friday, February 13, 2026, several hundred children took to the streets of Cap-Haïtien in a vibrant atmosphere of color, music, and joy, for a carnival specially organized in their honor by the Municipal Administration.

A theme conveying a collective vision

Under the theme "Konbit pou yon lòt Okap" (Working together for another Cap-Haïtien), this celebration dedicated to the youngest members of the community transformed the city into a truly festive space where costumes, choreography, and artistic performances showcased the creativity and energy of the children. Much more than just a moment of entertainment, this carnival is intended as a powerful message in favor of collective commitment to the development of the municipality.
